About

A curated job board for the people who keep aircraft flying.

Aerospace already has plenty of job boards. This is not another one of those. This is a curated list of roles at companies you'd actually consider working at, read by people who know the industry.

Why this exists.

For twenty years we have worked inside aerospace and defense, from emerging launch startups to legacy primes. Every week we hear the same thing from operators we trust: there is no good place to browse the roles in this industry without scrolling through twelve thousand that are not relevant.

The big boards list everything that touched the word "aerospace," including the contract recruiters cold-pitching the same role under five different titles. That's useful if you want to see every posting. It's useless if you want a short list of real roles at companies you'd actually take a call from.

How posting works.

Every listing is paid. Submit, confirm the recipient email, and your listing goes live within minutes. If a role falls outside what we cover (outside aerospace or defense, contracted out to a third-party recruiter on contingency, or thin to the point we can't tell what the job is), we archive it and refund the purchase.

A note from Andy.

The board exists because the people I respect most in this industry kept asking me where to look when they were ready to move. The honest answer used to be "mostly LinkedIn, and ask around."

That's a fine answer if you have a strong network. It's a terrible answer if you're quietly looking and don't want your program manager to know. So we built a place where you can scan real roles in this industry without having to ask anyone.
